Terms and conditions - Online 

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Soprano Laser Clinic web site, please scroll through this screen read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. 

 

Booking Appointments

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations.  All bookings made in clinic will require a 50% deposit which is refundable should you wish to cancel the appointment giving the notice period of 48 hours. Should you not allow 48 hours the desposit will not be returned.

 

Privacy Policy

We take security very seriously. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

 

Pricing & Availability

All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery charges. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

 

Online Vouchers

From time to time we may sell treatment vouchers at a reduced price. We reserve the right to remove these at any time due to demand and come on a first served basis.

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations of appointments or you will forefit a single session from any treatment course purchased.Treatments courses are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. 

 

Should you require a refund having already started a treatment course we will be happy to provide a refund less the cost of any full price single treatment session. Please bring along to the clinic with you any vouchers purchased as proof of purchase prior to any treatment.

 

Authenticity

We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine.

Some products may have an associated image or photo, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative.

 

Customer Orders

Delivery

We are currently only able to service customers in the UK market. All deliveries are sent out using Royal Mail and may require a signature on receipt. We aim to dispatch all deliveries within 7 working days of receiving your order. Any queries or questions regarding our online shop, please email: mail@sopranolaserclinic.com or contact our clinic support team on 020 3750 0377. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date, however you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery address when you place your order.

 

IMPORTANT!

A signature will be required on delivery of the goods for all orders.

Please make sure someone will be available to sign for parcels on delivery.

 

Order Payment

Payment online can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, or Maestro/Switch. Payment will be debited to your account before dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from The Soprano Laser Clinic.

 

Returns & Order Cancellation

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 020 3750 0377 within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by first class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.

 

Cancellation of Orders 

Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally dispatched to you within 2 working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email or fax at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-

When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from The Soprano Laser Clinic. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us

You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by first class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order.

 

Order Confirmation

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with The Soprano Laser Clinic.

 

Security

Personal and credit card details are sent to us using secure Internet Technology. This provides a secure link between your computer and our site when transferring personal and payment information. We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

 

Data Privacy

We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of New arrivals or promotions from The Soprano Laser Clinic. In all e-mails you will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list, which will mean removal of your details from our mailing list. You will not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date. If you have saved your login details, you may also opt out or in from future mailings by changing your mailing list options. The Soprano Laser Clinic will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law.

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
